GANDEN Engineers and Project Managers has been servicing the Water Industry, Mining Industry and Industrial Sector since 2007.  Our teams are based around our main key skillsets:

• Process Engineering (Water and Wastewater)
• Mechanical Engineering and Design
• Civil Engineering and Design
• Structural Engineering and Design

GANDEN has an excellent working history with most of the Tier 1 and Tier 2 construction companies, water companies throughout Australia, local and state government, industrial customers and mining companies.

We have offices in Cairns, Rockhampton, Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne and Hobart with plans for a Perth office in 2024.

Our diverse staff come from many backgrounds (21 countries represented December 2022).

Our female participation rate is 22% as of October 2023. Our aim is to get to 25% (twice the national average for female participation in engineering by December 2025).

GANDEN has a policy to retain and develop our staff, instead of employing for specific projects. Many of our staff have been at GANDEN for a long time and have seen real career progression.
